Overend Consulting offers various courses for healthcare professionals in the 2011/2012 Training Year with a special focus on re-training programs. In these days and age of high rate of misdiagnosis, lack luster work attitudes and oftentimes lack of manpower development and re-training of healthcare professionals on the team which inevitably locks otherwise skillful practitioners into archaic practices, these sets of courses cannot be more relevant and timely.

These courses are specifically developed for those healthcare professionals who may either be green horns with little or no post-qualification work experience AND for those with many years of post-qualification experience behind them. Our training methods are guaranteed to have such empowering impact on participants that they are able to confidently stay on top of their jobs applying industry’s best practices. This, to the benefit of every stake holder, and more so the patients.

Training Locations

We have training facilities and rooms in Houston, United States; Kuwaiti City, Kuwait; Lagos, Nigeria and México City, Mexico. In cities where we do not have own Training Rooms, we use the best Hotel Facilities available with our top of the ladder training tools as standards.

Clients’ Site Training

In our on-site training, we supply the program and instructors; you provide the students. By this you may reduce overall cost by saving on Training Room and coffee. Where a Client Organization requires on-site-training, we require to run a joint need assessment to ensure a flawless training. Our Audio/Video equipment and software materials are en-suit, we solely rely on our facilities. Also depending on client site location, reimbursements for all direct expenses of Overend Consulting training team, including transportation, meals and overnight lodging (as appropriate) will be made by client. Customized Training

Organizations may contract with Overend Consulting to develop a course for use within their particular organization. An advantage to this arrangement is that the organization has control over the format, length and content of the course. Time spent on development of a customized course and therefore fees will be determined when the Synopsis is presented by contracting Organization. A proposal, including an estimate of hours required for the project, will be developed and submitted for approval. Ownership of customized courses shall remain with Overend Consulting.
